Francesco Ossola is Administrator for the extraordinary and temporary management of the Venezia Nuova Consortium, concessionaire of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport &#8211; Venice Water Authority, for the completion and start-up of the management of the works aimed at to safeguard the Venice Lagoon, its inhabitants and the priceless historical, artistic and environmental heritage.<\/p><p>The MOSE (Experimental Electromechanical Module) is a project aimed at protecting the city of Venice, Italy, and the Venice Lagoon from flooding.
